The "Employer Pays" Principle

We strictly prohibit the charging of recruitment fees or related costs to job seekers.

  • Zero Fee Policy: No candidate will ever be asked to pay a fee for job placement, interview scheduling, or "processing" by IKON HR.
  • Transparency: All recruitment-related costs (visas, airfare, and medicals) are clearly defined at the start and, wherever possible, borne by the employer.

No Passport Retention

We respect the freedom of movement for all our workers.

  • Full Control: We never withhold, destroy, or confiscate original passports, identity documents, or residency papers.
  • Autonomy: Candidates maintain full possession of their documents at all times during the recruitment and employment process.

Transparent Contracts & Informed Consent

Every candidate deserves to know exactly what they are signing.

  • Understandable Language: Contracts are provided in a language the candidate understands.
  • No Contract Substitution: The terms agreed upon during recruitment (wages, hours, job description) will match the final contract signed at the destination.
  • Voluntary Agreement: We ensure all candidates join their new roles free from coercion or deception.

  • Grievance Mechanisms: Candidates have access to a secure, confidential channel to report any abuse or breach of contract.
  • Post-Arrival Support: Our team remains available to assist in resolving disputes between the worker and the employer.
