1. General Refund Policy
IKON HR Private Limited is committed to providing excellent services to all our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this refund policy to address such situations fairly.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to hr@ikonhr.com
- Refund requests will be processed within 15-30 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
2. Visa & Immigration Services
Refundable Scenarios
- Cancellation before file submission to embassy: 80% refund
- Service not initiated within 30 days: 90% refund
- Duplicate payment: 100% refund
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- After file submission to embassy/consulate
- Embassy/government fees (paid directly to authorities)
- Visa rejection due to incomplete/false information provided by client
- Document attestation/apostille fees once completed
3. Education & Study Abroad Services

4. Recruitment & HR Services (For Employers)
Our recruitment services are based on successful placement. The following terms apply:
- If candidate leaves within 30 days: Free replacement or 50% refund
- If candidate leaves within 60 days: Free replacement
- Retainer fees for executive search are non-refundable once search begins
5. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to hr@ikonhr.com with subject "Refund Request - [Your Name]"
- Include your service ID/invoice number and reason for refund
- Attach relevant documents supporting your request
- Our team will review and respond within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days
