Terms for Candidates
As a job seeker using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and resume
- Keep your contact information and employment status updated
- Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity
- Attend scheduled interviews and respond to communications promptly
- Notify us if you accept employment through other means
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
Terms for Employers
As an employer using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
- Honor the agreed service fees and payment terms
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information
- Not directly contact candidates bypassing our services
- Inform us of any hiring decisions within agreed timeframes
- Comply with all applicable employment laws
Service Fees & Payment
For Candidates
Our job placement services are FREE for all candidates. We do not charge any fees for job search, resume submission, or interview coordination.
For Employers
Service fees are based on the type of service and position. Standard recruitment fees are calculated as a percentage of the candidate's annual salary. Detailed pricing is provided in individual service agreements.
Replacement Guarantee
We offer a replacement guarantee period as specified in individual contracts. If a placed candidate leaves within the guarantee period, we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost, subject to terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of IKON HR PRIVATE LIMITED and protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
IKON HR PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for:
- Actions or performance of candidates or employers
- Employment decisions made by employers
- Loss of income or profits arising from use of our services
- Inaccurate information provided by third parties
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karimnagar, Telangana.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
